Terms of Service

PA Social is a restricted business application. By accessing or using PA Social, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the connected business assets and agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PA Social by authorized business users. PA Social is operated by the business owner associated with Meta App ID 26580944444842920. If you do not agree to these Terms or are not authorized to act for the relevant business, do not use PA Social.

2. Purpose of PA Social

PA Social provides restricted tools for authorized advertising operations, including reviewing business assets, creating and managing campaigns and ads, referencing approved Page and Instagram content, and accessing aggregate advertising or content-performance information.

3. Authorized access

You may use PA Social only if you have been granted access by an authorized administrator and have all permissions necessary to act for each connected account, Page, Instagram profile, ad account, or other business asset. You are responsible for activity performed through your authorization and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access or manage assets you are not authorized to use;
• circumvent access controls, security measures, platform restrictions, or review requirements;
• use PA Social to create unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise prohibited advertising;
• upload malicious code, interfere with service operation, or attempt to extract credentials or confidential information; or
• use information obtained through PA Social for purposes unrelated to authorized advertising operations.

5. Content and permissions

You retain responsibility for content and campaign instructions you provide. You represent that you have the rights, licenses, releases, and platform permissions necessary to use that content, including any creator identity, partnership-ad permission, music, likeness, trademark, or other protected material. PA Social does not grant rights to third-party content.

6. Third-party platforms

PA Social communicates with services operated by Meta and may depend on their availability, permissions, policies, and technical requirements. Your use of those services remains subject to the applicable Meta terms and policies. PA Social cannot control changes, interruptions, restrictions, reviews, or enforcement decisions made by a third-party platform.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how PA Social processes information. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to revoke access and request deletion of associated information.

8. Security

You must protect access credentials and authorization tokens, use appropriate account security, and avoid sharing secrets through messages, screenshots, or unsecured systems. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect PA Social, connected assets, or other users.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if authorization ends, these Terms are violated, a connected platform requires it, or continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk. Upon termination, your right to use PA Social ends immediately.

10. Availability and disclaimers

PA Social is provided for authorized business operations on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every platform change. Advertising delivery and review decisions are controlled by the relevant advertising platform.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of PA Social and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use PA Social.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to PA Social, connected platforms, or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are posted. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
