In brief: PA Social is a restricted business tool used by authorized personnel to manage advertising and related business content on Meta platforms. It is not a consumer application, does not build consumer profiles, and does not sell personal information.

1. Who operates PA Social

PA Social is a restricted internal advertising operations application (“PA Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operated by the business owner associated with Meta App ID 26580944444842920. This notice explains how PA Social handles information when authorized personnel connect approved business assets to Meta’s marketing and business tools.

2. Scope

This policy applies only to PA Social. PA Social supports authorized advertising operations for managed Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts, and approved partnership content. It is not offered to the general public.

3. Information PA Social processes

Depending on the Meta permissions and business assets an authorized user connects, PA Social may process:

6. Storage, retention, and security

Operational advertising records may remain in Meta’s systems and authorized business records for as long as needed for campaign administration, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business purposes.

7. Your choices and data deletion

An authorized user can stop PA Social’s future access by removing the app from the user’s Meta account settings or by asking a PA Social administrator to revoke the relevant authorization.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with PA Social, follow our PA Social Data Deletion Instructions. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account before completing a request. Some records may be retained when required or permitted by law.

8. Children

PA Social is a restricted business application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use it to collect personal information directly from children.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Meta or PA Social’s service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to PA Social, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will post the revised date at the top of this page.
