Data Deletion

You may revoke PA Social’s future access at any time and request deletion of information associated with your authorization.

Option 1: Remove PA Social from Meta

1. Open your Facebook account’s Apps and Websites settings.
2. Locate PA Social.
3. Select Remove and confirm. This revokes the app’s future access through your account.

Removing the app does not automatically remove records that Meta independently retains under its own policies or advertising records that must be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Option 2: Submit a deletion request directly

1. Call 1-800-852-8833 and ask for the PA Social Privacy Team, or mail a written request to PA Social Privacy Team, 5325 FAA Blvd., Suite 100, Irving, TX 75061.
2. Use the request title PA Social Data Deletion Request.
3. Provide the name and email address associated with the authorized business account and, if available, the relevant Facebook or Instagram business-account identifier. Do not send your password or access token.
4. Describe the information you want deleted.

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority over the account. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify information controlled by PA Social unless retention is required or permitted by law. We will notify you when the request is complete or explain any information we must retain.

What this request covers

A verified request covers information controlled by PA Social that is associated with the requester’s app authorization. PA Social does not maintain a separate consumer-profile database. Advertising records stored independently in Meta’s systems are subject to Meta’s controls and policies.
